2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on uber77. This age restriction is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balances forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. uber77 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using online betting services complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be acting under any legal disability, court order, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into or performing obligations under these Terms.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on uber77: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of uber77 or any of its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing persons; (c) any person who is the subject of a self-exclusion order issued by uber77 or any recognised responsible gambling authority; (d) any person previously banned from the Platform for violations of these Terms.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on uber77. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and a verified payment method in your name. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. uber77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your login details. You must notify uber77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. uber77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (KTP), a selfie with your KTP, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking account showing your name). Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uber77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The Company does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit card, or any third-party payment processors not listed herein.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet and will require manual review. Contact support if a qualifying deposit has not been reflected within 15 minutes of transfer.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business cycle.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the uber77 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our fraud monitoring systems.
4.5 No Conversion Fees. uber77 does not charge currency conversion fees. Your Wallet operates entirely in IDR, and all deposits and withdrawals reflect the exact IDR amounts transacted.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to uber77 is considered fraudulent activity and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to applicable legal authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback offers provided by uber77 are subject to their specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus credit; incomplete requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule: sports betting contributes 100%; live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo) contributes 20%; slot gacor (high-RTP slot) games contribute 100%; togel (numbers lottery) draws contribute 50%. Specific promotional pages will state any deviations from these rates.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. The Company actively monitors betting patterns. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or collusion with other Players will have their bonus voided, any resulting winnings confiscated, and their Account suspended. 5.5 One Bonus Per Player. Promotions are intended for one use per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.
6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, including rules for in-play betting, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) combinations, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets. Bets are void if the relevant event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or the result is inconclusive under our market rules.
6.2 Live Casino. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sicbo are provided by third-party licensed studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Microgaming Live). Game results are determined by the live dealer and software in real time. All bets placed and accepted prior to the "no more bets" announcement are binding and non-cancellable.
6.3 Slot Games. All slot titles on the uber77 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a given session.
6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by the officially published results of the respective pool operators (Singapore, Sydney, Hongkong). uber77 accepts no responsibility for delays or discrepancies in result publication by third-party pool operators. All togel bets are final once confirmed.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. 6.6 Palpable Errors. The Company's decision regarding palpable errors is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uber77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the uber77 Platform — including but not limited to the uber77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. uber77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Certain game content, live streaming feeds, and data services are provided by third-party licensors (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). All rights in such third-party content remain vested in the respective licensors.

10.1 Platform Availability. uber77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. 10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uber77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of uber77 to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for all taxes, levies, and duties applicable to any winnings in their jurisdiction of residence. uber77 does not withhold or remit any such taxes on behalf of Players.

11.1 Company's Right to Suspend. uber77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players; or (d) required KYC documents have not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.
11.2 Balance on Termination. Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Wallet at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the balance in its entirety. Where termination is initiated at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account or request self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes should contact uber77 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Company will take all reasonable steps to prevent the Player from reopening an account on the Platform.
11.4 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, subject to verification of identity and confirmation that no pending bets or withdrawal requests remain outstanding.
12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uber77 holds its international gaming licence. The Company operates under a valid international gaming licence and is subject to regular compliance audits by its licensing authority.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. 12.3 Jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitral tribunals of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not settled through the arbitration process described above.
13.1 Right to Amend. uber77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page, unless otherwise stated. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
13.2 Notification.
